DC’s monopoly utility has tripled spending on local poles and wires … but sure let’s focus on AI and power plants 250 miles away

I can’t stay quiet about this. One of the two main candidates for DC Mayor is basically saying: “bummer about those soaring power bills, wish we could do something about it!!” You’ve got to be kidding me.
