Anyone who seems to think that the UK government needs social media to get access to your details is quite frankly deluded. If you have a NI number, pay tax, have a driving license, passport, claim benefits, bank account etc, who do you think runs these organisations and why do you think if they wanted to, they couldn't already take your details? But you'll happily hand over any and all your details over to Google, Amazon, Apple and keep all your personal details on the same device you are using to read this ๐คฃ๐ But yeah, banning social media for under 16 year olds......that's the line ๐๐๐คฃ
