My new business norm take- Leaders have always been saying, "Make it brief, put it into bullets, sum it up for me." Nowadays in the era of AI and agents, *I* actually want to get the full raw and unvarnished transcripts of things and do my own summarization. It's a little bit of a reversal on business communications. Do others agree?
