Burnout Previously, you opened Twitter - adrenaline, memes, charts, discussions, who entered where, who left on x100. And now you scroll the feed and feel only fatigue and irritation. Everything has become too much. FUD, shill, scandals, regulators, new narratives every week. Plus the endless noise in crypto-twitter: someone is always writing that now is the takeoff or that it's over. You're trying to stay informed, read everyone, and not miss out on the alpha, but you end up drowning in information. #CT #X #BTC #Crypto #Burnout

Crypto used to be an adventure. Now, for many, it's a job, stress, comparing themselves to others, and the pressure of "keeping their finger on the pulse." The charts don't bring joy, the tweets don't captivate, and the news only evokes a sigh of "Trump again...". This is a normal burnout from the work. Not from trading itself, but from the entire ecosystem: the hyperactive community, the 24/7 news cycle, and the feeling that if you step away for a week, you'll miss out on everything. Try to fix it: - Just unfollow most of the crypto accounts. Leave 5-10 people that you really respect and enjoy reading. The rest is in the mud. - Remove notifications from Twitter and Telegram channels. Complete detox from pushes. - Take a break from the whole topic for a week or a month. Don't read news, don't discuss, don't look at prices. It's hard at first, but then it becomes easier. #CT #X #BTC #Crypto #Burnout

Only go back to what you're really interested in. The crypto won't go anywhere. The market will outlive both you and your pause. And you'll return (or not return) without the burden of fatigue and irritation. If you're feeling the same way right now, it's not because you're weak, it's because the topic has become overheated. Take care of yourself. Build yourself. #CT #X #BTC #Crypto #Burnout
