By integrating AI into our platform we have moved from a 1 size fits all approach to something that's unique and personal to people's goals.

When you actually think about it, sitting at your desk 8 hours a day five days a week without thinking about the impact this might have on your health is crazy.
Yet this is the norm for so many people...
Had a super reflective weekend building idleshift.
Cleaned the UI and removed the noise of features that weren't contributing to our goal.

Wanted to kick things off by sharing the "focus" screen designs.
1) the glass of water.
Decays a level every 25 minutes (a nod to pomodoro)
