Lukaschenko räumte ein, er sei "vielleicht zu weit gegangen" in seiner Kritik an Selenskyj — betonte aber, es sei eine Reaktion auf die ukrainischen Drohungen gewesen. Zugleich gab er öffentlich zu: "Weißrussland ist militärisch sehr verwundbar." Ein seltenes Eingeständnis von einem Autokraten, der nie Schwäche zeigt. Was wirklich dahintersteckt: Lukaschenko will nicht — politisch und auch nicht buchstäblich — in einem Krieg sterben, der nicht seiner ist. Er sieht, wie sich die Fronten verschieben.
