E eu que, na minha santa inocência, achava que demorava pra provisionar um API Management no #Azure? Fui subir um SQL Managed Instance agora e ele me disse que o deploy pode levar até SEIS F@#$G HORAS!!!

If anybody wants to know why Gen X is always mad, it's because we had to replace our record collections with a tape collection that we had to replace with a CD collection that we had to replace with an MP3 collection, and now we need a subscription to listen to music.

It was 1970 when a spark of inspiration became Aerosmith. Thanks to you, our Blue Army, that spark caught flame and has been burning for over five decades. Some of you have been with us since the beginning and all of you are the reason we made rock ‘n’ roll history. It has been the honor of our lives to have our music become part of yours. In every club, on every massive tour and at moments grand and private you have given us a place in the soundtrack of your lives. We’ve always wanted to blow your mind when performing. As you know, Steven’s voice is an instrument like no other. He has spent months tirelessly working on getting his voice to where it was before his injury. We’ve seen him struggling despite having the best medical team by his side. Sadly, it is clear, that a full recovery from his vocal injury is not possible. We have made a heartbreaking and difficult, but necessary, decision - as a band of brothers - to retire from the touring stage. We are grateful beyond words for everyone who was pumped to get on the road with us one last time. Grateful to our expert crew, our incredible team and the thousands of talented people who’ve made our historic runs possible. A final thank you to you - the best fans on planet Earth. Play our music loud, now and always. Dream On. You’ve made our dreams come true. *For those who purchased their tickets through Ticketmaster, you will automatically be refunded – there is nothing further you need to do. For those who purchased via third-party resale sites such as SeatGeek, StubHub, VividSeats, etc. – please reach out to your point of purchase for more details.*

Como anunciar a compra da GitLab *sem* anunciar a compra da GitLab... :-)
After giving it a lot of thought, we made the decision to discontinue new access to a small number of services, including AWS CodeCommit. While we are no longer onboarding new customers to these services, there are no plans to change the features or experience you get today, including keeping them secure and reliable. We also support migrations to other AWS or third-party solutions better aligned with your evolving needs. Keep the feedback coming. We’re always listening.

Sabia que esse dia iria chegar. Tenho mexido tanto em Bash (faz tempo que não rodo pipeline do Azure DevOps numa máquina Windows) que uma hora ia acabar escrevendo código #Bash dentro de um script #PowerShell... 😝

Who remembers this moment in Prince of Persia (1989) where a magic mirror suddenly blocks the hero's path (and what happens afterward)? This moment was actually never planned to be in the game. My original vision was a game with lots of traps, but NO enemies... (1/10)

THE LEGEND OF ZELDA GAME WHERE YOU PLAY AS ZELDA, I REPEAT, A ZELDA GAME WHERE YOU PLAY AS ZELDA, AT LONG LAST! Would've been kinda hilarious if they called it The Legend of Link.
It's up to Princess Zelda to save Hyrule in a brand-new The Legend of Zelda story. The Legend of #Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom launches September 26th on #NintendoSwitch!

After having read it, I can say this is probably the best book to explain how ChatGPT (and LLMs) work (written by Stephen Wolfram, who excels at explaining complex topics simply, so perhaps not a surprise) There's also a blog post form for those wanting to read online.
Really like how accessible but also thoughtful this book is. Instead of jumping into the mechanics of ChatGPT (that it gets to) the first part of the book is about the evolution of neural nets (and deep learning), limitations and the concept of computational irreducibility.
