Most people carry a heavy suitcase without a handle for years. Inside anxiety that keeps you from falling asleep. Fear that makes you stay silent in important meetings. Blocks that prevent you from breaking through your financial ceiling, building healthy relationships, or finally feeling desired and truly confident. It’s a shame to throw it away. It’s unbearable to keep carrying it. I help you put that suitcase down - usually in just 5-6 sessions. I’m Igor Bark. CBT Psychologist and Certified EMDR Specialist. EMDR quickly and precisely switches off the physiological fear and traumatic charge many people feel relief already after the first session. CBT rebuilds your inner dialogue and behavior. And working with rhetoric and charisma turns you into someone people listen to and are drawn to. When the constant inner tension disappears money, relationships, self-worth, and the simple feeling of “I’m finally living, not just surviving” start to resolve unexpectedly. Anxiety, burnout, panic attacks, self-esteem issues, loneliness, sexual insecurity, fear of public speaking or important conversations all of it comes from the same suitcase. Results are noticeable quickly. We work confidentially and to the point. If you’re tired of carrying this alone and want to finally live lighter, speak with confidence, and truly realize your potential - write to me in DM. I’m Igor Bark. Everything will fold into place. I guarantee it.

Your body remembers everything. Even if your mind has pushed it away your muscles, breath, and heart still hold the trauma. That chronic back pain or unexplained fatigue is often your body screaming about the past. Talk to your body. It will tell you everything;

The amygdala is like a smoke detector that never turns off after the fire. In people with PTSD, it screams at every spark. Fact: 20–80% of people with PTSD live with chronic pain. The body doesn’t lie;

Exactly. Most people look but don't see. Most people listen but don't hear. That's why when they speak, no one listens to them;

Bessel van der Kolk was right: The Body Keeps the Score. Trauma gets stuck in the nervous system that forgot how to relax. But it can be released. The key is to start listening;

64% of people have experienced at least one childhood trauma. It’s not “just the past.” It’s tight shoulders, gut issues, and the constant feeling of “I’m not really here.” Your body can be freed. Start with your breath;

Lady Gaga, Taylor Swift, Ariana Grande, and millions of others know it: trauma lives in the body. EMDR, yoga, and somatic therapy help release it. We need to heal more than just the mind;

◽️ Another funny dilemma: ◽️ My client came to me with a request about self-realization. ◽️ A very popular topic people often feel like they’re not on the right path, especially without a proper level of wins. ◽️ On his part, the decision was made to stop “working for uncle” and he decided to start his own project. ◽️ The result of this choice caused a sharp drop in the monetary rate of his offer and his income fell, but the guy started doing his own thing (or what he considered as such). ◽️ This decision instantly triggered a negative opinion from former colleagues, friends and family. Misunderstanding, and as a consequence - rejection. ◽️ “You’re doing something stupid...”, “...go find a job...”, “stop floating around looking for yourself...” and other moralizing slogans from the depths of the collective unconscious were thrown at him. ◽️ You may not believe it, but it got to the point of conflicts, and it almost turned into a fight, and this was with friends. ◽️ But I recommended that he evaluate everything honestly and cleanly, as it really is, not as it is perceived by others: ◽️ It turned out that he works for himself, he has a job, and he has income. It’s not big not because there is no work, but because he doesn’t have that many orders on freelance yet (he’s not that widely advertised). He has some kind of house that he rents himself. ◽️ Meanwhile, his friends are completely dependent on another person who can fire them with a snap of the fingers, and in the current economic situation in the country that’s the easiest thing in the world. ◽️ Moreover, all their property, movable and immovable: cars and housing for the most part, is inheritance received from deceased ancestors. Or bought with money from that inheritance. ◽️ Comparing these two pictures, we see that the guy is a “steppe wolf” who broke away from the pack, didn’t lose his fangs or his grip, and perfectly owns his own resource and his own achievements. ◽️ And what do you think is the young man right, or should he listen to the traditions of public opinion? ◽️ Write in the comments;

A huge response to my previous post about the Shadow showed me that this topic really hurts a lot of people. Previous post: x.com/igorbark/status/206430… We repress parts of ourselves, feel ashamed of them, and then those parts start controlling us from the inside: anxiety, harsh self-criticism, toxic relationships, and the constant feeling of “I’m not enough. ”I’ve created a powerful card-exercise that helps you begin accepting your Shadow. It’s simple, takes only 10–15 minutes, but gives noticeable relief: it reduces inner criticism and makes you less affected by external manipulation. If you’re ready to accept yourself as whole, write in the comments: “I want to accept myself as whole”I’ll send you the card directly in your messages along with a detailed guide on how to work with it. It works even if it feels difficult or shameful at the beginning. The most important thing is to start. Waiting for your comment;
1 | 8 ◽️ We all wear a mask. ▫️ On Instagram - smiles and success. ▫️ At work - confidence and productivity. ▫️ In chats - “everything’s fine.” ◽️ But inside lives another version of you: angry, envious, tired, weak, lazy. And as long as you hide her… she controls you. ◽️ The moment you start looking at her directly, real life begins. This is what working with the Shadow is all about. ↓

Most men are invisible not because they’re weak, but because their body, eyes, and voice silently scream “don’t notice me.” This thread breaks down the exact rules of a man people can’t ignore. Reposting because these 5 rules still hit hard in 2026. Save it and apply one today;
The Rules of a Man People Can’t Ignore You walk into a room, and it feels like no one notices you. You start speaking, and people easily interrupt you. You try to make an impression, and you see indifference in their eyes. Because of these quiet signals from your body, for years you’ve been living with the same heavy pain: coming home to an empty apartment in the evenings, watching others easily build relationships and close deals, while you remain “a nice guy, but invisible.” Inside, there’s a quiet but heavy feeling: “They didn’t take me seriously again.” Your personal life feels empty, financial opportunities pass you by, and real respect from people is nowhere to be found. Sound familiar? Thread ↓ 1/8

Just completed advanced training in EMDR again. This stuff is powerful! Prince Harry, Miley Cyrus, Taylor Swift and many others have chosen it to literally “save their lives.” The Apple TV documentary explains it really well. Thanks to EMDR, I’m now fully convinced: there are no hopeless cases. Agree?

Paranoid or just a big Wes Anderson fan? When you lay out your pens and notebooks on the desk in perfect symmetry… what’s the diagnosis? Even as a psychologist, I’m not rushing to label it mostly because I do it myself Your thoughts?

Nothing flies higher than Elon Musk’s rockets except his stocks. My head is spinning. A man who proudly writes “Made on Earth” on his products truly deserves to become the world’s first trillionaire. Because he’s not just making money he’s pushing all of humanity forward. Unlike small-time autocrats and politicians with tiny goals and even tinier values;
