And so the calf passed away, after 10 days of continuous vet visits & endless care, he took his last painful breathe today, & the govt service still the same. For the past 3 days I've been constantly trying to connect to them, it won't go through or is unanswered @NilimaDeviBJP

This is what Veterinary Helpline no. looks like. After trying hundreds of time, it rang once, no one responded. Even tried the toll free no. for vet service,nothing works. What's the point of screaming Gau Mata when services required to save an animal (a cow in my case) is this.

Take a look into this. Make sure this services works. Employ responsible individuals in emergency care system. Today I lost my calf, who could've been saved with proper treatment. Also take a look at your veterinary sector. Fix it. What's the point of saving cows from slaughter
