Paid $400 for my tickets (full playoffs), finals come - my section is full (people photoshopped their tickets) & all I was offered was to go to the 3rd floor as a solution ($150 tickets)
Missed Map 1, 2 and 3 of the Major Finals.

. @StarLadder_CS not only overbooked most of the sections on the 1st & 2nd floor, but also did not prepare for it properly.
Medical staff confirm overbooking & claim “they did not have enough medical professionals on site for the increased capacity”

. @StarLadder_CS planned to kick everyone out during the map change after the FIRST map & have the people re-enter the arena to fix the sitting issue.
Guess what: they never did. Situation got even worse & their only solution (open more sectors on the 3rd floor) also got full.

Getting scammed by @StarLadder_CS when they literally ignored Valves TOS update & sold the same tickets multiple times seems hard to believe.
Sure, refund the tickets, but me missing my work obligations is something you can’t compensate.
How do we go about this?
