E estou em um relacionamento que é, entre aspas, feliz. Então por que eu me sinto tão deprimida? Por que eu não consigo sentir do jeito que acho que deveria sentir na minha cabeça?’

Compor, para mim, costuma funcionar melhor quando você sente um pouco de medo de escrever aquilo. E acho que, ao escrever essa música, aprendi muito sobre mim mesma, o que nem sempre acontece com toda música.
Acho que eu nunca poderia ter escrito essa música na época do GUTS, nem na época do SOUR. Acho que eu precisei ter vivido muita coisa e olhar muito profundamente para dentro de mim de uma forma que a minha versão de 17 anos não conseguiria."
