I feel this in my bones! Iâve left jobs (and lost jobs!) over this numerous times. Unclear work roles and red tape have to be the biggest ones Iâve confronted in my career but lack of resources coupled with tightening deadlines is the surest đ©at any coâŠlnkd.in/gcZNNJBi

Why is @boyscouts so TERRIBLE when it comes to software? As an Eagle Scout, I get that outdoors is our âthingâ but continually doubling down on 10-20yo technology to run a website feels like national has had a very persuasive @Microsoft salesperson since 1998.
