I won't make any definitive predictions, but I don't think the Bears want to play on top of a toxic dump in Indiana.
Kevin Warren and the McCaskey family would be Chicago public enemy No. 1. It would be ugly.
To sum up last night/this morning:
The Illinois Senate passed a new stadium bill similar to the one in Indiana, but it was more open-ended and once again left more questions than answers.
The House balked and didn’t even vote on it.
