If youāre going to make a slimy business decision, then own it. Tell us the real reason. It has nothing to do with providing a better experience to your customers. It has everything to do with trying to make customers buy your $100 Home Bridge accessory.

Lol! Had a problem with a @1800flowers order. Theyāve ignored my emails for the last 2 weeks and now every time I connect to someone on their siteās live chat, I tell them the problem, and they promptly disconnect me. Awesome customer service...
