Yesterday's RINGFALL playtest went incredibly well, so we've put together a few highlights to share with you all.
We've also included some WIP music, though we wouldn't really call this a trailer!
• New first person view model!
• Teammate indicators!
• More physics network improvements.
With regards to the teammate indicators: we were exploring relying on the "team rings" that surround your allies. We've found that these make a better compliment to traditional team indicators instead of being the only indicator.
We'll be moving forward with this current approach. The team rings will stay. They look too cool to get rid of.
There's also more guns being worked on, the first of which we'll show is a weapon meant to bridge the gap between automatic weapons and burst fire weapons. We'll be showing it's gameplay first, as the art is still in progress.
