We can be a leading example for other communities by creating the future we want to see. What are your ideas to make us the sustainable community that our region can be known for? #blueprint #sustainablecommunities
One thing we all agree on is that we care about our kids. We want the best possible future for them and we have a pretty clear conception of what that good future means. bit.ly/2PEW9rt What does a good future mean to you? #blueprint #sustainablecommunities #wisconsin

“Sustainable" means different things to different people. Together, we’ll be talking more about what sustainability means to us as we create our blueprint for a sustainable community. What does it mean to you? #blueprint #sustainablecommunities
Incourage has seen that when we ask residents to share their ideas, breakthrough solutions emerge. As we look for new solutions to old problems, we'll use the practices of breakout innovation to create change for the future. More: bit.ly/2qOUupf #breakoutinnovation

Using all kinds of knowledge means we give equal respect to different kinds of knowledge, whether it's from technical training, formal education, life experiences, spiritual practices or intuition. When we do this, we open up more possibilities for brilliant ideas. #knowledge
Testing solutions early & often means that we share and test out an idea for a solution as soon as we have it, even if it's only a rough draft or first step. We break down the solution into small steps, and we share and test our proposed ideas for each step.
Including all points of view means that we value the diversity in our communities. We need everyone's perspective for the smartest solutions. We must bring a diverse group into our process and make sure that all feel safe and respected to share their particular point of view.
Prioritizing relationships means we take care of each other get to know each other. We don't treat people as just a source of information for a survey or a means to an end. We value our relationship with that person instead of just trying to get the job done.
