The US government, citing national security authorities, has issued an export control directive to suspend all access to Fable 5 and Mythos 5 by any foreign national, whether inside or outside the United States, including foreign national Anthropic employees.
The net effect of this order is that we must abruptly disable Fable 5 and Mythos 5 for all our customers to ensure compliance.
Access to all other Claude models is not affected.
We apologize for this disruption to our customers. We believe this is a misunderstanding and are working to restore access as soon as possible.

Anthropic Institute 研究表明：AI 已经在加速 AI 系统的开发。截止至今，他们的的工程师平均每季度交付的代码量，是 2021–2025 年间的 8 倍。这篇报告分享了当 AI 可以自我递归改进后的三种可能：
1. 趋势停滞，但能力已广泛扩散——指数曲线其实是 S 曲线，撞到拐点（研究品味无法靠堆算力获得 / 供应链卡能源算力 / 外生冲击）。但即便能力冻结在今天，世界也会大变（Project Glasswing 几周找出上万漏洞，100 人公司干 1000 人的活）。他们认为这个最不可能——因为至今没看到任何能力曲线弯折。这个情景留给社会的适应时间最多。
2. 实验室持续复合提效（最可能）——开发大幅自动化，但人类仍设方向、判结果。100 人公司能干 10,000 甚至 100,000 人的活。既能革新知识工作和政务，也能被用于威权监控、个性化操纵。但会撞上阿姆达尔定律：提速一环只会把瓶颈推到没提速的环节——Anthropic 已经遇到了，人类代码审查成了新瓶颈。"发现并修复瓶颈的速度"可能成为组织最重要的技能。
