What a start 2 the day. I awoke fresh & ready. Knocked out a little 4.5 mike run/walk, enjoying some great postcards while the sun joined me from over the horizon. Coffee w the birds on the patio now before going 2 build relationships, solve problems and have fun #BecomeBetter
