Hey @Lowes_Canada , I placed an order and a few days later it was cancelled by your system. I called and was told I'd get a callback. A week later nobody called, so I placed another order, and that one also got cancelled. I called again, and was told I'd get a callback...

Two weeks later and nobody even tried to get back to me. Both orders are cancelled, yet the item I want is still in stock. Terrible customer service!! I guess y'all really don't want my business, eh? Fine, I'll shop somewhere that actually wants my money.
