Most #Nft_artists have never thought one they may use onchain licensing to give specific rights to collectors or create unique requirements.
Empowering the web3 NFT community with #OnChain_licensing will drastically decrease potential disagreements and disputes.

Why there are lots of #NFT disputes in #web3?
NFTs were suppused to bring true ownership, we have seen too much #legal_uncertainty. How to avoid it?
In theory NFT should have license that addresses rights, interests , duties and legal stuff for holders/owners.

While in MetaCourt , our focus was on disputes, we made a pivot to have an #IP_license as the first MVP rather dispute resolution mechanism. Ethical services including IP Licensing for NFTs bring less chance for disputes to appear and that is the reasoning behind our pivot.

While design and development of impact driven solutions are challenging, we welcome any suppurt for our cause to accelerate development in case of grants , collaborations or funding. Legal health and immunity will pave the way for mass adoptions and lets do not ignore them.9/9
