Back in 1994 (5-12 Jan), Thailand, leading by SPAFA, organised the 15th Congress of IPPA in Chiang Mai. In 2022, 28 years later, we are back in the same beautiful historic city of Chiang Mai for the 22nd Congress. 1/2
