Gold Saucer / Make It Rain PSA:
Talking to one of these 3 "GATE Keeper" NPCs tells you which GATE spawns next (and when). AND EVEN BETTER, they'll teleport you directly in front of where the entry NPC is (or, will be).
You can find them at the 3 spots circled in the 4th image.
