IPUMS CPS can now identify the county of residence for approximately 5.5 million additional households each year. This improvement stems from the identification of 19 additional counties in highly populated metropolitan areas across BMS and ASEC samples. bit.ly/4vp6RFi

Read our latest blog post! To address a gap in OCR accuracy, IHGIS developed an R package that identifies logical relationships in tables, determines where cells don’t add up as expected, and replaces the incorrectly recognized cell with the correct value. bit.ly/3PHJY0K
