Drocella has always been a caregiver for children. At IRCOM, parents/children call her "Mama Drocella"! Before working w/ us, she was a tenant at IRCOM for 3 years. She joined our team to help newcomers such as she was, to settle into the place that she still calls "home". ππͺ
