This is a limited-edition road-going version of the Impreza WR Car '97, the rally car that secured Subaru the manufacturer's title in the 1997 WRC.
The body features blister fenders identical to the World Rally car, and a 2.2L boxer engine producing 276.1 BHP/37.0 kgfm. Though priced at 5M yen, all 400 sold out within days, making this one of the most sought after models among fans.

P8 to P6 in round 2 of the manufacturers cup. After a poor round 1, I was determined to get a result and keep my season going. I managed a respectable p6 in a car not suited to the track or conditions. This race was likely to further damage my season but I didn’t giving up 👍

First round of Manu done. I Didn’t finish with enough points, sometimes you can’t win with only good race pace. I needed to show my skills in the qualifying and unfortunately I couldn’t put the lap together, unfortunately where you qualify is where you finish at this level.

GTWS Round 2 in Berlin🇩🇪
After getting some rest, I can say It was a very great experience I really enjoyed my first World Tour event. things didn’t go as planned in the race, I chose the very wrong strategy which destroyed my tyres and caused a few spins, and I will take them forward to be better and learn from them next time. I will be more prepared and ready to give it my all at the World Finals in Japan🇯🇵. Let’s make it happen💪🏼

Last week I got a taste for my first GTWS event. I started Saturday with some practice in the rig and took some time to get up to speed, struggling with an unfamiliar seat mixed with a difference in pedal positioning that I wouldn’t be familiar with, next event will feel better.

I finished my race in 9th with 2 tricky laps on the softs dealing with heavy tyre wear. Disappointed to not get an 8th or 7th, I was pushed off the track on the last lap unintentionally and unfortunately that’s how racing can go. 12th-9th 🏁
