Seriously ?? The worlds most valuable Co doesn’t have a call back option for cust support ?? put on hold for 4 hrs 12 mins to get an answer on a trade in and then xfered to chat and then told I’ll have to call back again and wait another 4 hrs!! DISGUSTING !!

Why do tech companies continue to ignore our senior citizens ? I've been asking this question since 2015, and things have only gotten worse! Just installed Roku and Sling TV, requires 4 steps just to change a channel! My mother-in-law gave up. Guys, seriously!! (part 1)..
