the only thing i hate about reading is that i get so attached to the characters. after i finish the book, that's it. i will never learn anything more about them, their lives, or what they ate for breakfast. finishing a book means losing people close to you.

btwhnijdf, I still think abt you.
if u are a fic author please know that there are people out there (like me) who happily read your unfinished works and think about them regularly for years even if they're never updated again. and i'm sooo happy i chose to read them :')

does anyone else have a fic (from any fandom) that has stuck with them for literal years and even all this time later when i’m no longer in that fandom i still regularly think about how beautiful it was and hope that the author is still writing in some capacity

These kids probably don’t know a lot about the Philippines, but they will always remember that their brother went here to play basketball and came home in a coffin.
"The mother, as I'm telling you now, the mother is seriously in pain. Seriously in pain. She has been crying since that Monday until today. Until this, now I'm speaking with you, she is crying. I still find looking for answers for the reason why there was no life jacket, the reason why they could not ask the players, the team if they know how to swim or not. Because I believe they are supposed to read the weather before they can move to the sea. So, those things are the things troubling my heart and the feeling of my family. We are highly devastated. So, now that he's gone, I don't know where I will start again." – Elias Adili, father of Divine Adili From: gmanetwork.com/news/sports/b…
