We are pleased to announce the five finalists of the International Timetabling Competition 2019, see itc2019.org/#finalists. More details, including the final placements, will be revealed at the PATAT 2020 conference in Bruges, Belgium on August 25-29, 2020.

In the competition data format (page itc2019.org/format), we have added a short description to each of the distribution constraints. There have also been a few language corrections.
