Worth reading. Even though it (expectedly) completely ignores that India itself has been engaged in a proxy war with Pakistan with its Offensive Defense doctrine. India has a choice: Continue fighting this proxy war with Pakistan. In that case, India must develop a healthy appetite to take casualties including civilian casualties. Pakistan already has a very healthy appetite for proxy wars. They've been at it for decades. They easily dismiss their own as collateral damage while India is very new to this game. OR Find a new doctrine.
