It so funny that people are crying that Ranked 3.0 is putting them at a low rank and not giving them enough elo. Spoiler alert you asked for this, ranked SHOULD be hard.
This is still not as bad as 1.0 where you would get stuck gaining 5 and losing 10 elo after 100 games.

kanal right now is easily top 2 worst maps in the ranked pool, no clue why ubi continues to keep it in
however, i do think some "minor changes" can fix the map, and i would like to share my rework concept:
