@SwiggyCares. . Your Customer Service is a case study - An executive can't get their manager to call back to a customer who has been waiting for 2 hours for a package to be delivered. Even large organizations allow!!

At 8:05pm, why will passengers who just landed at @RGIAHyd want to know Luggage Belt details from 07:05 pm (flights that have landed an hour back) to 10:05pm (flights that will land in two hours) in three languages. 🤷🏽♂️
