Yesterday, we changed the multiplier to YT holders from 1.25x to 1.5x
We recognize YT holders are the ones taking on the most risk, and given that TVL grew quite a bit, dilution also increased.

I could write epistles from this article, but I’ll focus on two parts:
1. Fear-driven urgency
"Crypto whispers urgency… As if presence was a metric and rest was a weakness… That’s a fallacy born from fear."
So true. If you work from fear, burnout is inevitable, and you still won’t get the results you seek.
Not to get too weeb on you, but there’s a lesson in the Bleach clip I shared 👇🏾
Kisuke tells Ichigo that everything he does reeks of fear, and it drags his performance down
Your actions should come from internal resolve, not fear. Believing rest is weakness is just fear in disguise. Fix that mindset
2. Wealth vs. Well-being
"Wealth means nothing if you’re not well. Health cannot be arbitraged, staked, borrowed, yield-farmed, or bought back."
Life’s funny like that. You can have all the money in the world, but you’d trade it all in a second if your health was gone
Not just health, relationships with friends and family matter just as much
Money comes and goes. Health and relationships don’t have a replacement market
