This is how Reform UK work.
They find a false story, and turn it in to a tool.
The real story is that the project actually involved improvements across all government departments, doing 'silly' things like improving accessiblity and creating efficiency through improved user experience.
And guess what? The £500k price tag was for a swathe of work, the change in logo(s) was one final part of it.
