부산이 문제가 아니라 인력 배치를 제대로 못 한 하이브가 문제죠. 운영 문제를 지적해야지 왜 자꾸 부산을 끌고 와서 다음엔 공연하지 말라느니, 노답이라느니 하는지 모르겠습니다. 부산에도 아미들이 있고 멤버들의 고향이기도 합니다. 문제는 따로 있는데 같은 아미끼리 갈라치기까지 할 필요는 없잖아요.

공연장만 문제가 아니다. 공연장 벗어나 지하철역까지의 접근통로에 경찰들이 많이 서 있으나 한마디 말도 없이 경광봉만 계속 흔듬. 혼잡통행관리 매뉴얼도 없고 경험도 없는 듯. 멀뚱히 통행과 대기로 말집되는 걸 그저 아무말없이 보고만 있음.

어떤 공연장이든, 어떤 업체가 운영을 맡았든 결국 책임은 하이브에 있음. 수많은 나라와 도시에서 공연을 진행하며 경험을 쌓아왔을 텐데 이런 문제가 발생했다는 게 이해가 안 됨. 그런데 만약 내일 갑자기 운영이 원활해진다면 그것도 그것대로 실망임. 결국 할 수 있었는데 오늘은 못 했다는 뜻이니까. 대규모 인원이 몰릴 것과 기프트 배부로 인해 역동선이 발생할 것조차 예상하지 못했다면 운영 역량 자체에 심각한 문제가 있는 거라고 봄.

A little update today. I’ve had countless people messaging me about the girls my inlaws took in. What started as 15 girls quickly became 20 because at around 4am they had to go and collect another five girls who were stranded on Gwangalli Beach after missing the bus. On top of that, one girl’s hotel cancelled her booking and then had the audacity to try and charge her an outrageous amount for a replacement room. Honestly, it’s an absolute disgrace. No one should have been left in that situation in the first place. Thankfully, there are still genuinely kind hearted people out there. Some of the girls will be dropped off at the venue today, while others will be taken to the airport. I’ve also heard that more residents in the Haeundae area have stepped up and opened their homes to stranded people who had nowhere else to go. The fact that ordinary people are having to clean up this mess says everything.

The role of the organizer is to manage and supervise from the service company to the end of the on-site progress. 3. But yesterday's situation was caused by the incorrect operation of the entrance management inside the stadium. It means that the administrative power of the local government was not in the area to be invested.
