The best part about being done with YCCs is having the autonomy to decline commitments/responsibilities and not feel guilty.
Now if someone could tell my spouse...who keeps trying to get me to commit to things even though I told him I'm not ready....

Ultimate Player Problems:
Someone said "violation" in a meeting and I immediately went to "stop, bring it back, explain the rule" mindset.
No one else in the meeting was on the same page. And I'm still not sure what rule was violated.
