Hello @tizeti (@wifisupport1), your internet service is very poor these days. It's almost like you have too many customers or your technical staff is not efficient. ..For about 2 days, no Internet. Internet downtimes are getting annoying. I rating you guys very poorly.

Dear @beninelectric our transformer has been bad for 2 years and we have been trying endlessly to fix / manage it. Do you have any policy of replacing transformers and electric poles? Because I feel you guys have failed woefully in all ramifications. It's a pity.

Since morning, it's been slow internet... Same with yesterday evening.. I guess I'll start looking for alternative 😔 I had to subscribe to my Airtel to send this tweet. @tizeti y'all need to get an award for being consistent in slow network delivery. @wifisupport1 is no better
