This is the same rationale that kept Jews out of the U.S. before the Holocaust. It is racism and xenophobia pure and simple. I prefer the America that says, "Send these, the homeless, tempest-tost to me, I lift my lamp beside the golden door."

Do you know what else I wish we could change? The fact that anyone believes insulting someone else makes them Superior. It doesn't. It makes them less than, much less than.
