Notre Dame AD Pete Bevacqua will join the NCAA Men's Basketball Selection Committee, which selects the 76 (still gross) teams in March Madness. Term begins on July 1.
Per Notre Dame, he will be the first sitting AD to serve on both that and the CFP management committee.

The NCAA has added four new members to the men's basketball committee:
- Notre Dame AD Pete Bevacqua
- Ole Miss AD Keith Carter
- Missouri Valley Commissioner Jeff Jackson
- Northwestern AD Mark Jackson
Their terms will begin later this year.
