When @RogersHelps rep says "this pricing so great, I just signed my mother up on this exact plan & device as a new customer last week" then tells me there will be a 4 week wait for said device... Why do I want to be treated as a new customer after 16 years? BRB, calling @Bell

Oh. And any "savings" I was offered required pre-authorized payments. Because I guess @RogersHelps doesn't trust customers to pay on time? I miss when Rogers treated me like an individual and not just like a new client they have no relationship with.

Nate's newest special interest is geography, and he plays Worldle on my phone every morning. Today is like 5 in a row now he's nailed within 2 seconds of seeing the image. And last night, he taught me the capitals of Sri Lanka and Cambodia. Guess it's time for me to study!
