What a stupid argument. Violence, revenge, greed, adultery, lying, dominance, exploitation, tribal hatred etc has been experienced by humans for thousands of years. Would u therefore argue that condemning them is wrong because they're "part of the human experience"??
Replying to @basedbriwa
its so sad to see parts of the human experience reduced to sin bc of some imaginary god fr like what are they doing making music love and some foods a sin

Her mümine Allah’tan korkmasını, O’na itaat etmesini, O’nun takdirine razı olmasını, imtihanlarına karşı sabretmesini, nimetlerine şükretmesini ve yalnızca O’na tevekkül etmesini tavsiye ederim. Bu yazı, Hicrî 110 yılının Şaban ayının başlangıcından on gün sonra kaleme alınmıştır.”

🚨Another Groundbreaking inscription that appears to corroborate a well-known hadith. Usāmah ibn Zayd was known as Ḥibb Rasūl Allāh (the Beloved of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ), a title given to him because of the Prophet’s love him so much. Khālid’s inscription reads: “I am Khālid, the servant of Abiyyah bint al-Ḥasan ibn Usāmah ibn Zayd, the beloved of the Messenger of Allah. And I ask Allah for Paradise.” Such a title for him is preserved In Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim (1688).

There's also another remarkable inscription that also confirms yet another authentic Hadith... It was written by Khalid, a freed slave who served a Lady called Abiyyah, who turned out to be the granddaughter of the companion "Usama bin Zayd bin Haritha" r.a. Usama bin Zayd was like a son to the Prophet, he loved him dearly... and those who studied the companions already know Usama bin Zayd was nicknamed "the beloved of the Prophet" حِب رسول الله due to him being like an adopted son to the Prophet. The inscription by Khalid says: "I am Khalid, the servant of Abiyyah bint Hasan bin Usamah bin Zayd, the beloved person to the Messenger of Allah. And ask I God for Paradise." In many Hadiths, like Hadith 1688 from Sahih Muslim, Lady Aisha reported that the companions used to nickname Usama bin Zayd as: "the beloved to the Prophet" also confirms the authenticity of Islam's major books of Hadith. These discoveries will change Islam discourse forever... Photos below:

It is true the major biographies were compiled in the Ummayad and Abbasid periods but numerous pre-Ummayad-Abbasid Muslim and non-Muslim sources mention him and present a recognisably prophetic image. This is what Donner had to say:
Most narratives about Muhammad’s life were compiled centuries later under the Abbasids. This leaves a distinction bt the historical Muhammad and a later idealized theological Muhammad. The latter’s story is arguably no more historically verifiable than Krishna guiding Arjuna.

Some foreigners concept of freedom is so interesting to me as a Black American lol. You want Uncle Sam to sanction and bomb your homeland just so you can have the freedom to eat a Popeyes chicken sandwich and listen to Nickelback?
This scene in "Persepolis" spoke to me because it was very much me as a teen in Tehran in the 2000s: fuchsia hair under my hijab, a Linkin Park CD sold by a bootleg music guy blasting in my ears, Chuck Taylors, and a hoodie with the Grim Reaper on it.🖤

Well that’s an assumption of yours. Follow along👇 Student A collected teacher X's notes and copied it. 2 weeks later, Student B does the same. You could posit that student B copied from A, but could also say they both got it from the same source (which is what Islam claims)
“Knowing fabrication” isn’t the claim being made here lol. I’m claiming that every idea in Islam has roots in the contemporary religions it was born in.

Funny enough this assumption that “If it exists in an earlier text, later text copied from it" is how y’all twist yourself in knots trying to explain how He ﷺ was aware of contents in Babylonian Talmud, Apocryphal gospels etc & has knowledge of the concepts used & the context...

Or even try to posit that the traditional narrative is a lie, and that Muhammad wasn’t actually unlearned/the Qur'an was written by a collection of scholars & poets of an empire 🤡😂 Also, open ur replies ffs🤧

"How to kill a woman without leaving a trace" was googled 163 million times in 2025. But it's okay let's talk about alimony and the male loneliness epidemic.
Community note
The claim of 163 million Google searches recycles a debunked 2021 statistic that confused the number of search results with actual search volume. Google Trends shows low or insufficient data for the phrase. snopes.com/fact-check/dom… fullfact.org/online/google-…

Which is more expansive: "You get whatever your soul desires and whatever brings you joy" or "You get X" More importantly, y'all call yourselves agnostics/atheists and pride yourselves in using "logic and reason" but you rarely provide logical arguments. 1/2

🧵Converts face challenges that born Muslims rarely face. Like hostile family members, social isolation, loss of friendships, lack of Muslim community, lack of scholars and mentors, difficulty learning the religion, culture shock, marriage problems... And so much more 1/6

The underlying assumption here is that a woman choosing Islam is so irrational that there must be some hidden explanation. That’s why the boyfriend theory is attractive to u. It allows you to avoid considering that some women might have actually found the religion convincing 5/6

The irony is that y'all keep saying Muslim women have no agency, but here you are assuming and assigning motives to them. So paternalistic, just like the patriarchy y'all love to criticise 6/6
