I think the steps are:
1) Complete a Shadowlink contract (basically a Recon)
2) It gives you the "Shadowlink satellite phone" which puts a Black Market buy station in your pocket (accessible anywhere)
3) Complete "Hit Lists" (see image) to level it up to Tier 3
4) Buy Foresight

My opinion:
- field upgrades from MP often don't transfer to WZ at all
- I bet this one won't
- field upgrades are very easy to remove from ground loot (e.g. PDS) compared to weapons, so even if it's in WZ, it can/will be removed at any time

Congrats to @HisokaT42, the anchor who lead his team to victory with zero kills because playing the objective (staying alive, doing contracts and calling rotations) matters more than killcount vanity. Kills are a crutch!

New possible feature coming to #MW4 appears to be deployable ladders. These were originally planned for #MW2019 multiplayer modes but were scrapped, so thereβs a possibility they could make a return π

Grapples back in buy stations, once again fewer enemy teams will have stims in the final zone

We deployed a minor update today with the following:
β«οΈ Fixed an issue where weapons were not handling as expected in Hot Pursuit.
β«οΈ Grappling Hook has been added back to Buy Stations, replacing the Cluster Strike.

Turns out all this means is that when the buy stations close in final circle, the buffer zone also disappears, so ammo caches/munis won't work even 1 inch into the gas.
Previously you could use munis or ammo caches if you were within 40m of the final zone. That's it.
"Disabled" is a little ambigious but assuming the worst, all loot in the gas will despawn at the start of final circle (so it's the end of firesale stim stacking).
I assume ammo depots near the final zone will be force-closed just like buy stations.
Will have to test fully.
