Please read my new piece in THE ONLY LIT MAG IN THE WORLD, a paranoid transmission from a bleak city in a bleak time
Jeremiah stops. His eyes are wide and he is terrified. He looks down with outstretched arms at his legs. “Dude,” he says, voice shaking. “Where are my fucking pants?” CANADA VACANT by @jamdraper

It’s nice to remember that every rambunctious spring afternoon storm in Baltimore is followed by a warm, welcoming evening sun and the overwhelming smell of flowers

It should be easier for me to find someone who wants to split a pot of Yemeni coffee with me. Could I be loved genuinely

A beautiful triptych. I will miss Ian Maxton for the rest of my days on this Godforesaken earth.
"Doctor Bajaj soon become a fixture of the senior men’s circuit of the South American table tennis tour. In Brazil he was called O Mosquito Bêbado, The Drunken Mosquito." The myth, the legend @indigojackal is in the region today with a darkly funny, recursive triptych. 🔗below.

Robert Altman’s HANDS ON A HARDBODY.
Top “movies never made” that I’d most want to see: 1. Alfred Hitchcock’s adaptation of John Buchan’s “Greenmantle” (planned to star Cary Grant and Ingrid Bergman) 2. Stanley Kubrick’s Napoleon biopic 3. The third Timothy Dalton Bond movie

One of my favorite Hitchcock movies in terms of visuals. Based on the cast and the story and the setting, it should be a favorite, but something about Grant and Kelly’s dynamic lacked in a way that made things fall apart a bit for me.
Cary Grant and Grace Kelly in Hitchcock's "To Catch a Thief," 1955.
