I had a conversation today about the difference between "kindness" & "niceness" in leadership so I decided to post about it. Any further pay increase under the AFC agreement will be unaffordable. Nurses need to have their own pay spine like doctors as they provide a 24/7 service unlike other professions who are all benefiting from the pay increase such as physio's, OT's, podiatry, admins etc.
