A reminder that flying stinks. We were on a @Delta plane for hours because someone didn’t shut the plane down properly last night with the cold. Then we watched a lady have a stroke and now they’re wanting to charge us $700 for my 5-year-old to sit with us on a flight tomorrow.

A few lessons so far on my travel experiences. I tried the counter, social privately and then their messenger app for reschedules. It was only after I blasted @Delta publicly until the fixed the issue. Moral of the story: complain publicly.
