URGENT! Pls share. The last chance to register to vote in the General Election is 11.59pm tomorrow Tue 18 June. Potentially 8m aren't registered at their current address. Here's 4 key facts...
1) You can do it online here registertovote.service.gov.u…
2) It's good for your finances. Not being on electoral roll can make it more difficult to be accepted for credit products like bank accounts or mortgages.
3) You can opt out of the 'Open Register' (which allows your info to be sold on) which will stop you getting junk mail marketing )
4) You'll need ID when you do vote (not to register) if you don't have it, you can get it free until Wed 26 June gov.uk/apply-for-photo-id-vo…

The longer I have an EV, the more I’m convinced that anti-EV people still think rechargeable batteries are as useless as the ones we had as kids. I’ve put 3.5k miles on mine in two months - long and short trips. It’s been absolutely fine. Which is perfect. 1/3

The only real difference is needing to be a tiny bit more planned when going on very long journeys. But sitting behind the wheel non-stop for six hours is bad for your health anyway! Stopping for a stretch, a wee, and some food is what we should’ve been doing all along! 3/3

Bonus: I think charger makers have the longest way to go to make them as easy to use as a regular fuel pump. Every filling station is essentially the same. But chargers have a roulette wheel of buttons, screens, small-print instructions, apps, etc. Make it consistent and simple.
