I don’t know who needs to hear this but stop being so harsh on yourself. Take more breaks without feeling guilty about it. Allow yourself to have more ‘off’ days. You can’t eat healthy every single day. You can’t be good at your job every single day. You’ll have days where you feel so burnt out. You’ll have days where juggling everything in your life feels unbearable and way too much. That’s not weakness, that’s reality that we all feel more often than not.
You are your own biggest critic. While it’s good to keep yourself accountable, sometimes the expectations you have on yourself are simply unfair and not sustainable. You can’t be expected to help every person around you. You can’t possibly fulfil every need that’s present to you. Trying to do so especially if that means neglecting your own needs and health is not okay. Do more things for YOU, it’s not selfish it’s necessary.
Be better toward yourself because sadly, sometimes you’re all you have. Love you all and best wishes ❤️
