Here are the #TheChaseAus Chaser win rates for all new episodes aired in 2025. Unsurprisingly, similar patterns to what we saw for Season 15 shows (which makes up most of the below). The Supernerd is on a massive 26-game winning streak, getting close to Goliath's 28-game record!

This week we are finally getting three new #TheChaseAus episodes again after 15 weeks! I'm not sure if it will last though, it could just be related to Farmer Wants a Wife's return. The King's Birthday AFL match is on this afternoon, unfortunately impacting TCA in some regions.

It may have been alongside some other quality improvements in certain regional markets. This also means what I saw in TV guides for Monday but thought was wrong is actually right, and they got the half-hour repeat on that day similar to Darwin.

One other interesting note is Seven chose the same half-hour repeat for the King's Birthday as last year - S10, Ep8 with The Supernerd narrowly losing to a big target. Very unusual to not change up the half-hour repeat on an AFL-impacted day.

A bit late but a reminder that Thursday's #TheChaseAus episode was NEW for VIC, SA, TAS and NT (skipped Monday due to AFL). The rest got a repeat. You can catch up on 7Plus. Wednesday was also new this week, though unfortunately next week looks to be back to two new shows.

Tomorrow we have a #TheChaseAus 'Farmer Special', to cross-promote Farmer Wants a Wife (which returned tonight)! Four farmers, though I don't think they are FWAW contestants. Looking forward to finally getting another new Governess episode (though unfortunately not wearing this)!

For the first time, Seven are keeping new #TheChaseAus episodes on 7Plus without 30-day expiry! All aired Season 16 episodes are back up indefinitely. This is great for having more time to catch up on episodes missed or to rewatch favourite shows whenever. 7plus.com.au/the-chase-austr…

It can also make it seem like more than two new episodes are airing a week. Though for viewers who know TCA well it may give them less reason to watch repeats on TV. Last week they accidentally put two new shows up early, I think planned to air next week (fixed within two days)!

They have done this for 'new' #TheChaseUK episodes since their return last year (looks like there's a new design for the UK show featuring Bradley!) and is consistent with many other programs. Would be great to see older TCA seasons too but I suspect not, could be more expensive.

On the note of #TheChaseAus' improved ratings, there has also been improvement vs Nine with Winning Arvo earlier in the afternoon, including #TheChaseUK (which Seven thankfully retained)! The better lead-in may have helped TCA as well. tvblackbox.com.au/page/2026/…

Great news - a #TheChaseAus Season 17 application form is now up! This means TCA is likely being renewed, with filming starting in coming months, mainly to air next year! I've also been pleased to see a clear improvement in ratings recently vs last year. go.mycastingnet.com/Apply/Sh…

Not sure how much doubt there was and if recent results made the right choice clearer. Unfortunately I suspect two new episodes a week will continue, at least for some time. I also expect the current Firepower format will continue, it seems to have either helped or been neutral.

Seven have moved #TheChaseAus to 4:30 - 5:30 pm in Perth tonight, to have the big AFL match with local team Fremantle on the main channel (very rare due to wanting to keep TCA and Seven News in their usual slots normally). News then goes until 6:10 pm AWST in time for the game.

Good they still get to see the full repeat. Regional WA is also impacted - TCA starts at 4:30 pm as usual for them, but they only get a half-hour repeat due to having Local News moved to 5 pm. Unfortunately TV guides are not clear in which episode (not uncommon in the regions).

The fact that #TheChaseAus was a repeat tonight is very concerning. This is a very important week for Seven with key new show My Reno Rules Ep2 on tonight, and TCA should be new to support the lead up. No more low effort 1% Club UK on Wed nights now MAFS has finished.

New #TheChaseAus episodes are back this week! But it's not looking good for three new shows a week returning, with two confirmed this week and all indications of the same in the following two. This is very disappointing, likely cost cutting by the new Southern Cross Media Group.

Next Wed SAS Australia v UK launches at 7:30 pm, only airing that day each week. Seven should air new TCA to support that, but another repeat is confirmed for next Wed! Thu and Fri are often AFL but Wed tentpole shows should have more help. I think Wed repeats are the new norm...

Not to mention TCA continuing to give a huge gift to Tipping Point by only being two new episodes a week, when its rival has three or four.
