Absolutely inexcusable by @FedEx @FedExHelp. They took a $20k package and in their care, lost it and claimed it was empty and blamed me. They refused to open an investigation into it in their own Indianapolis facility. #fedexfail #whereismypackage #fedexcrooks #fedex

Three canceled flights on Christmas day stranding me in Las Vegas. Paid fares and no points given to me as a courtesy like many others have gotten. I currently have almost 300k points and am losing faith in your airline very fast.
