Cluely’s story says it all: viral hits ≠ sustainable business
Trust is at an all-time low. People have been sold too many things that don’t work. Polish is dead. Viral hits don’t build sustainable businesses. To build something that endures, you have to build trust. You can layer in some of the new marketing/growth tactics, but the fundamentals haven’t changed: credibility, consistency, and real value still matter most.
