@AskNationwide please tell your customers that scammers using tel 08004643139 to say there has been fraudulent activity on my account. also very realistic letter received in the post but on thinner paper with different ‘times new Roman’ style font in the address bar.

Nothing suspicious on our account so we looked a little further and others have received similar phone calls and texts. Can @AskNationwide confirm if you have a ‘Special Investigations dept’ ?
